COURT RULES
1. All players must have a valid tennis permit.
2. Permit Application forms may be obtained online at the Ardsley Village website.
3. Tennis permits are valid from March 1st until the end of the season.
4. Playing time limited to one hour, if others are waiting.
TENNIS ETIQUETTE
1. Players are requested to observe tennis etiquette at all times and be considerate of players on adjoining courts.
2. Radios and abusive language are not permitted.
3. Tennis sneakers should be worn at all times.
4. Players are encouraged to keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.
5. Proper Tennis attire, including shirt, is required at all times.
6. Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted anywhere on village property.
7. Tennis courts are only for the playing of tennis. NO skateboards, bicycles, or pets are permitted on the courts.
8. It is the responsibility of players to follow all rules and regulations. Any violations can be reported to the Police Department with names, dates, times and witnesses.
All rules will be strictly enforced.
The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to review and alter tennis regulations at any time.
